David I. Tomack, Esq. earned his B.A. in Philosophy (with a minor in Political Science) at Hofstra University. He then graduated in the top 1/3 of his class from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2016. Mr. Tomack was admitted to practice Law in New York State in 2017.
Mr. Tomack specialized in tort Law and mediation while at Hofstra Law, and was fortunate to be able to study under Professor Robert A. Baruch Bush—one of the originators of the Transformative Mediation approach. Further, upon graduation, Mr. Tomack received the coveted Citation of Excellence in Tort Law award.
Prior to joining Rella & Associates, P.C., Mr. Tomack worked at several personal injury Law Firms before determining that Workers’ Compensation and SSD Law was the path he wanted to follow. From his time at these firms, he gained valuable legal skills that contribute greatly to his current work. Once he joined Rella & Associates, P.C., Mr. Tomack found that fighting for the rights of injured workers allowed him to fulfill his ambitious advocacy desires.
In his time at Rella & Associates, P.C., Mr. Tomack has made it his priority to fight zealously for the rights of injured workers. He is not afraid to litigate on complex issues, and prides himself in his ability to articulate his arguments in writing. He also has submitted written arguments at the Appellate Division level, as his goal is to create, modify, and/or uphold the Law to benefit our claimants in their rightful goals to receive just compensation for their injuries.
In his spare time, Mr. Tomack enjoys cars, fitness, and spending time with both his girlfriend and pet house rabbit. He has been a Volunteer Firefighter since 2006, and is currently a proud active member of the North White Plains Fire Department. He lives in White Plains, New York.
