Jennifer A. Giovannetti’s career in the Social Security Disability arena has been marked by consistent success. She has had a winning percentage of close to 80%. She believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are in their own journeys to best meet their needs.
Prior to working in the areas of Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation, Ms. Giovannetti’s career path led her to representing disabled students seeking a free appropriate public education. The common denominator in all the areas of her practice over the years is that she has a passion for helping others, especially those most vulnerable.
Ms. Giovannetti earned her B.S. in Journalism at St. John’s University where she also received her J.D. degree. She graduated in the top 25% of her class in law school and was the Associate Managing Editor of the New York International Law Review. Ms. Giovannetti has enjoyed writing both as a journalist and as a lawyer and received the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in Law & Literature upon her graduation from law school. She is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In her free time, Ms. Giovannetti enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, and spending time near the water.
